(b)Non-Part D—No Action. EPA is neither approving nor disapproving the following elements of the revisions identified in § 52.1020(C)(10):
(1)Intergovernmental consultation.
(2)Interstate pollution notification requirements.
(3)Public notification requirements.
(4)Conflict of Interest requirements.
